What cover is available to dentists?
If you’re like many Australian dentists, you may be working in a small practice, which you may part own, or be working in a larger practice or hospital.
You can find a MIPS membership category to cover your area of practice and amend the basis for full private practice, both private and employer indemnified practice, or full employer indemnified practice. MIPS provides cover for several thousand of Australia’s 18,000 dentists and provides highly competitive rates.
If you work in a small private practice your cover may also extend to your practice staff (e.g. practice managers, receptionists and assistants) in relation to your healthcare practice.
